Design and produce a brand identity for Finn’s Shockolate, a playful, Halloween themed chocolate brand which is aimed at children and parents. Shockolate combines delicious treats with bright and imaginative packaging to capture the excitement of the spooky season. The design should reflect the brand’s commitment to fun, magic, and celebrating the simple joys of childhood.
solution:
For Shockolate, I decided to take my main inspiration for the logo’s identity from the chocolate itself. The chocolates are meant to represent eyes filled with a green goo, so I made the O’s in the title spooky eyeballs. I wanted the rest of the font to look a bit hand drawn and childish to relate to the audience. I used a variety of elements and gradients to create a strong and visually appealing design.
